THE FOLLOWING IS THE SCHEDULE OF THE ADMISSIONS AS PER THE CIRCULAR FROM THE DIRECTORATE OF EDUCATION VIDE CIRCULAR NO. F.DE.15/(172)/PSB/2016/6455-6464 DATED 11-11-2024 For Class I, the child should be less than 06 years as on 31st March, 2025 Filling the application in theschool does not guarantee admission. Instructions that you must read before you fill in/submit application: Apply for admission to Class I on the school website www.miramodelschooldelhi.edu.in Take a printout of the duly filled in Registration Form on A4 size paper (both sides) & attach a recent passport size photograph of your child. Attach the relevant supporting documents as required (Without the supporting documents your form will be rejected). Please Submit the application form and supporting documents online on the given portal within the permissible date (No forms sent by post or proxy will be entertained). To avoid rejection, please do not fill up more than one form for a candidate The schoolreserves the right to rejectapplication forms with incomplete or false information. Please note that you are required to carry one set of photocopy of the following documents attached with the online registration form filled online along with the originals of the same when called upon verification: Copy of the birth certificate to be attachedwith the online registration form and original birth certificate of the Child to be submitted after the admissionis confirmed (Kindly ensureyou have copiesof the original birth certificate are in your possession for verification in purposes when called upon to do so.) Copy of proof ofresidence (ANY ONE): Some of indicative documents which can be considered as proof of residence of parents/child: Ration Card/Smart Card issued in the name of parents (Mother/Father having name of child). Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents. Voter I-Card (EPIC)of any of the parents. Electricity bill/MTNLtelephone bill/Water bill/Passport in the name of any of the parents or child. Aadhar Card of Mother , Father and the child. Copy proof of sibling: (ANY ONE) Copy of fee bill of sibling Copy of report card Copy of proof of alumni : Copy of Character certificate or Class X/ XII Marksheet or Passing Certificate or Transfer Certificate Alumni should be a member of Alumni Association.(Mandatory)
